A recent launch that captured our attention in the market is from the classic brand of Aramis. Their newest launch is Perfume Calligraphy by Aramis. With this fragrance, Aramis attempts to reflect a pairing of two ancient crafts: the famous art of the Arabic Script and the lavish world of Arabian Fragrances, bringing them together as an artistic expression of one’s own personal style.

This modern scent was developed specially for the Arabian consumer and can be worn by both men and women.
When first putting on this fragrance, you are invited to capture the sweet scents of cardamom and a harmonious blend of lemon and cinnamon. As soon as the fragrance starts to settle, a heart of balms and precious petals subtly reveals its mystery. You also get a sense of the note of myrrh that is wrapped in golden saffron flowers and rich rose absolute. The final base note that we are left with is a warm aroma of patchouli and heated ambers that whisper at the soul of the fragrance over a luxurious bed of musk. This rich layer leads to a deep aura of oud that lingers in the air and on the skin.
This scent is housed in a glass bottle and features a distinctive calligraphic logo that actually means Arabic Calligraphy. This logo has been specifically created by Tarek Atrissi, a Lebanese Graphic Artist.
Perfume Calligraphy is currently available in a 100 ml Eau de Parfume and is sold at most of the main retail outlets across the region. The retail price is AED 570 ($155).
